Last weekend of October 2008

Time really flies and its the last weekend of october 2008 already unknowningly.. Hahaz.. It seems like i just entered SCDF sia.. hahaz.. Anyways its been fun inside plus all the friends there.. hahaz.. But the only negative part is theres only real freedom in the weekends.. hahaz.. No pain no gain ya.. Alrights for today i didnt really do much as i m concentrated on doing my newest digital painting(have to do it before i lost skills ya.. haha).. Actually wanted to go out but was really having a horrible sore in the throat thats why i didnt.. Went to visit my grandmother in the evening and ya thats about all for today.. Recovering day for me and more time spend on myself.. hahaz..

Today was quite happening as i went to the army market to buy my smart 4.. I suspect people stealing it or maybe taken wrongly.. Hmm i dont know., Anyways its also my fault as i didnt take good care of it ya.. So i went to buy and decided not to pursue the matter.. After buying the stuffs we went for the first organised bunk outing which is goin to the lanshop for some DOTA.. Wahaha.. It was really good to play together.. The feeling is just different in the lanshop and at home.. Also i get to realise my bunkmates really played well.. Its quite competitive i must say.. But its really an unforgetable game i ever played because on the 1st match it was a -spar(shuffle players all random) match.. I randomed lina inverse and own with her with 15kills and no death.. Wohooo.. I was amazed and my bunkmate were stunned.. Quite a good feeling actually wahhaa.. But i lost the second game because the other team were really overpowering and won the third with proudmore with score 13-5.. hahaz.. After the lan we went for dinner at macdonalds.. After that we went our seperate ways.. I wanted to go to topman to get some clothing as my 20% discount ends tomorrow so Boon and Poon followed me.. We went to three different topshops to scout the best one and in the end we settled at Marina Square.. I bought a belt and a shirt for the of total of $95.20 after the discount.. After the shopping spree we went to eat our supper at pizza hut.. Wahaha.. I guess its spending spree for me for today and i really enjoy it.. hahaz..

Alrights today is kinda like a halfday for us as we have to do our first test the first aid test.. Hmm started with the usual morning PT then some normal PT before the test starts.. Also we get to learn the chainsaw.. It was the scary.. The sound and everything but yeah i made through just hope when the test arrives i can go though it smoothly.. hahaz.. Alright the test now.. I m quite nervous about the test as its like something i will never learn if i dont come to SCDF.. Its something i m not interested to know as well.. Well anyway its not a bad thing to learn because you have the knowledge to do CPR and bandaging.. hahaz.. Well anyway i pass the test and got four more tests to go and i got to pass at least 3 more so wish me luck.. Hahaz..

Day two of the week was really boring as we got night class to attend.. Arghh dont really remember what happened today so i shall skip to the next day..

Today we learn about powersaw.. A saw thats really power and also quite scary as well.. As its to cut metal and everything.. And the sparks can burn ur legs.. Then as usual the lessons and stuff before ending the day.. Hmm.. Pointless to say as well.. But whats different today is that i asked for guard duty.. Actually i didnt have to do it.. But my friend Poon gets it and he didnt wants to do.. So i swapped with him.. Wahaha.. Its also part of my plan to do guard duty today as tomorrow we got foot drill and i dont want to attend as its a risk.. Every footdrill theres a risk of getting extra.. Hahaz.. And whats better is that guard duty can get extra sleep till 11am the next day.. Wahaha..

Alrights i start my day at 11am as i said just now.. And whats better is that one of my best buddy Boon is back from the hospital and we get to train together.. i went to lesson at 11am but its like equals to never go as they are already in the middle of the class and we dont know anything so we just sat around doing nothing.. hahaz.. Soon its lunch then theres lesson again before the strength trainning.. The strength trainning was really tough for today.. Made my muscle ache till now and alittle sore throat.. Haizz... Oh ya.. i was really lucky for not going to the foot drill as i heard the Encik was going mad and gave alot of people Extras.. Whahaha..

BOOK OUT DAY!!! Alrights today was really slack as well as we have our Deeparaya celebration and we got to dress up in a religion custom costume.. I lent a bajukurung from Farhana... And it really feels weird wearing it.. All my bunk mates started dressing me up like they are playing a doll or something.. Hahaz.. Alrights after the celebration half a day was gone.. Whaha.. After the lunch we get to learn the next 4 stations of the SOC.. I really need some practice on the ropes.. Hahaz.. Alrights after the SOC its BOOK OUT TIME.. Wahaha.. Alrights thats all for the day and i really have serious sore throat.. hahaz.. cya soon bloggy

Time really flies and i am home again.. Wahaha.. Its really good to be home.. Facing the computer is 1 of the thing i really miss.. Hahaz.. I guess i really i have to salute the guy who invented the computer.. He is simply marvelous.. Oh ya and the one who created internet.. hahaz.. I wonder how these people think of these but well whatever get back to the topic.. I can say this week is quite an easy week for me because i m on light duty again.. hahaz.. Actually i went to the MO just wanting to get some medicine but they gave me light duty also.. Haizzzz.. Wasted my time for training.. But anywayz these week is more to theory and practical rather then exercise.. For today we had some first aid training and the PT.. Nothing much today just that the light duties have to go clean the toilet while the others are doing the PT.. We werent cleaning actually.. We were pretending we are cleaning.. Hahaz..

Today is quite shiok as its rainning in the morning so we dont have morning PT so it means we have extra time to sleep.. Wahhaaha.. And its also a slacking morning as we have to do packing for the real run thingy again and i cant believe it i put shirts into a bag for 2000+ times.. Hahaz.. I swear i m not going to do a packing job in my working life as its super boring and simply waste of time.. In the afternoon its slacking again as i couldnt do any exercise.. Wahahaz..

I m back from light duties and luckily i m because today we will have our 1st Standard Obstacle Course(SOC) trainning.. The ones we were trained were the low wall, the bar thingy and the jumping one which was real easy.. The only problem i had was the low wall as we have to do a safety land which i always forgot and had to redo.. Hahaz.. Otherwise everything was OK.. Then in the afternoon we have an interesting trainning.. Its called Smoke extractor.. We have to simulate a scene where a room is all covered with smoke and we have to go into the smoke room to rescue casualties.. It was real fun.. Seeing the smoke and extracting the smoke.. Nice experience i must say.. And today we get to order mac for supper.. Hehez..

Wohoo today is book out day.. Hahaz.. Alrights for today we had IPPT trainning which is also very slack only some warm ups and then pull ups thats all because the trainning shed was booked by others.. hahaz.. Anyway the PTI shared some experience he has been through and its really tough to become a PTI ya.. 9weeks of hell.. wahhh.. Can die there.. hahaz.. After that its slacking time... Area cleaning plus stand by bed.. Then its for the last lesson of the day FOOTDRILL.. i really hate it as it has a risk of getting extra guard.. But luckily encik wasnt around to inspect the footdrill so it turns out to be fun.. hahaz.. Finally at home and slacking all the way.. Wohoo...

Its time to get out and see the world again.. Wohooo.. I love saturdays.. hahaz.. Went to Marina Square because my cousin gerald wanna go there for Kbox.. hahaz.. I have never been to Kbox with him and he asked so lets go.. hahaz.. Really enjoyed being there hahaz.. Sang song made fun of song and really had fun.. wahaha.. After the singing we went to chinese swimming complex for dinner.. I had chicken chop and a strawberry banana for drink.. Its really tasty.. actually wanted to have fried ice cream for desserts but all of my cousins are itching for bowling so i guess i have to wait till next time.. I topped the score for twice in a row with highest score 144.. I was amazed by the score too.. hahaz.. I didnt do well for the last because my hand started hurting and i m lazy and tired already.. so ya.. hahaz.. Alrights i have fun today.. Hmm whats awaiting for me next week i wonder..hahaz.. Alrights time to go and BTW 5 more weeks to POP looo.. Hehehe.. cant wait for the day.. CaoZ

Twist and turns

Today is the of the cremation of my grand uncle.. The atmosphere there really really cold.. Alot of people where teary in the eyes as soon i was there.. Soon its time to see the last of my granduncle before the coffin is close.. Somehow I m feeling lost.. Is like someone that i use to know suddenly gone.. There will never be a chance to hear his voice again, to see his face again and to feel his presence.. The feeling is quite scary.. Really hate this feeling and well hope he rest in peace and live a good life wherever he is.. After witnessing the cremation i m meeting Boon and Poon at bugis to slack around.. Bugis a place i use to go everyday.. It seems so familiar yet so distance.. We went bugis street for a walk then Boon wanted to eat scissors rice.. Talk some crap there then went to the next destination the rochor soya bean stall.. Wahhh.. A place i used to be almost everyday.. After that we went to grand cathay for a walk and i got myself a unicorn shirt which is one in the world.. Hehehez... Actually i bought it because it lookz like my design the UNIX logo.. and Unicorn sure brings back some memories..

Woke up super early today because i felt like going to sentosa so i dragged Farhana with me to enjoy the sun.. Actually i wanted to get tanned because i m always under the sun but my body is covered by my uniform so its abit unbalance.. Oh well.. What we do in sentosa?? Of cause is slacking around relaxing and taking photos.. Felt weird going there bald but who cares as long as you have fun rights hahaz.. Okz i think thats all i m blogging now as i m in rush of time so seeya..

First week of BRTC

Woke up abit early today but i forgotten whats the time that i woke up.. Hahaz.. Because its Shirleys 21st Birthday celebration.. First of all Happy Birthday Shirley.. All the best for everything you do in the near future ya.. Hahaz.. Alrights soon its time to set off to the hotel that shirley will be treating.. I forgot what is the hotel called and the exact location but i know its located at somerset.. The food there was awesome.. I started with salad and indian rojak for the appetizer.. Then the for the main course i ate salmon and cod fish hotdogs which i think it was quite special.. Hahaz.. and some other meat.. The best part was the desserts as there were ice cream and fondue.. Wahahaha.. I can say its really quite awesome and maybe the best 21st bday i have attend..=).. But whats bad was i got to go early as i have to report to BRTC.. Haiz... After that i went off with farhana as she wanted to do some visiting.. So i quickily rush home for a bath, ironing then to white sands for dinner.. MACCC.. Long time no eat.. Hahahaz.. But it was a rush one.. Oh ya today is the death of my uncle.. Felt something lost in this world.. Hmm.. Death can be in anytime so just do what you want as you will never know if you see tomorrow ya..

Today is also slack as the newbies are coming in.. We saw loads of emo faces and we are kinda enjoying it.. LOL.. Sadistics.. Hahaz.. Nothing much except slacking today and I get to book out 2day as i pass my IPPT.. SO its a DOTA day.. WAHAHAHHAA...

Booking in is really sianz and costly but i dont mind as it really feel good out of camp to see the HDBs and have some fresh air.. Hahaz.. Another slack day for today as we went to the home team again for some voting and we had some food there which is really nice.. Hahaz.. After that it was foot drill then end of the day.. I mean Book out day.. LOL.. Today i didnt get to play DOTA as i have to go to my uncles funeral which i dont really like the feeling there.. Everybody is putting a mask there which is really very miserable.. Imagine you are really sad but you got to entertain the guest there.. putting a smile on your face when your heart is actually crying.. I dont know how to console my aunt there she looks OK on the outside but i can feel she felt really lost.. Haizz.. Hope i dont have to attend any of this again which is so impossible so i hope it wont be anytime soon ya..

Alrights i m really tired today as i slept around 12am yesterday due to the funeral and i got to wake up around 5.45am in the morning.. Well in my mind i m only thinking of one thing to pull me though.. Tomorrow i've got off.. YEAHHH.. hahaz.. Today is the start of everything again with Endurance training and Foot Drill.. After that we slack again then its time for games.. Hahaz.. Whats special today was someone from the Fit Squad handphone was stolen and we got delayed to book out.. Curse that guy.. Waste of our time.. Just enlisted and create so much trouble.. Dumbass.. Then i met i Farhana to get my MP3 and Virtual Fighter 5.. Alrights i guess thats all.. =D

Got guard duty today so i woke up at around 630am.. Luckily for me my aunt is fetching me there as its a public holiday and that i m staying at her house.. Was really bored as it is a public holiday and i have to back to camp for this shit.. Lucky for me again my partner was Gabriel one of my closest bunkmate.. So its still ok.. Hahaz.. We got lucky again as we got detail 4.. Which is the slackest group LOL.. I must say the lunch is the best i ever eaten in BRTC.. We got pizza which is pizza huts quality, egg roti prata, mutton satay, fish, curry chicken, curry mutton, curry fish, ice cream and whats better its buffet.. LOL.. Its really very slack but then abit waste of time.. Nevermind i will never get a weekend guard already.. hehe.. Soon night arrives and its really eerie as our camp is next to a muslim cemetry... Luckily for me again i didnt have any ghostly encounters.. But Gabriel told me he smell fragipani smell when we are close to the cemetry.. Woww.. Spooky.. And the others saw one out of the eight flag poles shaking and making sounds.. While the other group had more ghostly encounter.. EeeeWWwwwwwwwww.. Spooky.. Hahaz.. While thats the end of the guard duty story.. A very good experience though.. hahaz..

The 2nd october is just another ordinary day.. Nothing special except now we have to eat with the malays as their puasa is over and its like over crowded but i guess we will get use to it ya.. so i shall skip it to the 3rd..

Ok today it doesnt seemed like a NS day.. Why i said that?? Because we are on an excursion in the morning going to the Singapore Discovery Centre then its IPPT in the afternoon so theres no trainning except for the morning run.. The Singapore Discovery Centre was Ok.. I guess its my first time if i m not wrong as it doesnt really leave an impression anyways.. Hahaz.. What capture me was the merlion song which i think it was very true.. It says the merlion our singapore mascot is created just like our city singapore.. Everything is created here as in the people are from all around the world that form Singaporeans.. So whats better then a created mascot.. Hahaz.. Then its time for the biggest test and the test that i m stuck extra 2months in national service for.. The IPPT.. I told myself i got to prove that this two months wont go in vain.. I got to get at least a silver for this.. And indeed i did it.. Hehehe.. Was really happy with my results.. 8 pull ups, 40sit ups with 10sec left on the clock, stand broad jump with 225cm which i could did 214cm the max last time, shutter run 10.5sec and 2.4KM 11.40.. LOL a joke record as all were on the dot on the silver.. LOL.. Anyways i was really glad that i made it for a silver.. Hahaz.. Next up we got to go for the soccer match we got to go support the home team, home united.. LOL.. Which really sucks as it delayed our book out timing.. But luckily for me i bet on the score 3-1 and it really was.. So it wasnt really bad for me.. Hahaz.. Guess its one of the best day in my national service today and the best week for my PTP stage.. Why?? Because we got a break on the middle of the week because of hari raya and an excursion so its like 2 and a half days of standard training only.. Wahahaha

Finally i can sleep till late today.. Woke up at 1230pm.. Wahhh what a feeling.. Hahaz.. Went to cineleisure with my cousin and sister today.. We went to catch the movie "The House Bunny".. It was really an awesome show.. If you are into comedy i m sure this is a show not to be miss.. Go catch it, it worth the price man.. Hahaz.. After that we didnt know what to do so we went for K-dinner.. Really enjoyable but time really flies when you are enjoyin ya.. Hahaz.. Alrights guess thats all for today short and sweet.. Today is what i wanna feel everyday.. Anyways i m starting to enjoy my NS life as the people and everything there is really good except for footdrills.. hahaz.. See ya again bloggy =)
